A Certificate of Fitness is required to store and handle liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or compressed natural gas (CNG). These gases are extremely flammable. The Certificate of Fitness holder is responsible for checking the retest date and having the cylinder inspected by the supplier. Safety procedures must be strictly followed to reduce the potential danger.
